What can I use citronella oil (not candles) for?

Someone told me she is going to give me citronella oil (not candles) as a present.

A few drops of citronella oil in a spray bottle with some distilled white vinegar or apple cider vinegar AND some witch hazel (the measurements aren’t too important) makes a great, natural and absolutely SAFE insect repellent.
